          Oxford International Education Group has appointed Dr David Pilsbury as Chief Development Officer to lead the Group’s Higher Education growth and development strategy.  Until recently David was Deputy Vice Chancellor, International, at Coventry University, where he was responsible for a 6-fold increase in overseas student recruitment, establishing the UK’s largest overseas collaborative delivery programme with over 20, students in almost 30 countries, and creating the world’s largest global enhancement programme, including making Coventry No.1 for outbound mobility for 5 years running.
